RPH Now is a mobile native application developed by The Staffing Shop LLC, a Registered Limited Liability Company located in Hatillo, Puerto Rico with the mission to provide a service on demand in the eventuality that a Pharmacy, as defined by our Terms and Conditions, is in need of a Service Provider (specifically a licensed pharmacist in Puerto Rico) to render a service in any given time period. For further information see our Terms and Conditions. The RPH Now mobile native application relies on information obtained from users like you in order to help us create a better experience of use. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to this Privacy Policy. Other terms and conditions apply. Unless specified, this Privacy Policy applies both Service Provider and the Pharmacies.

We collect information about the services that you use on RPH Now and how you use them. When you use our services, we collect information about which features you have used, how you have use them, work log history/ cancellation history, and the devices you use to access our services. We use the information collected from all of our users as an aggregate (which doesn’t identify you directly) to provide, maintain, protect, and improve RPH Now and our user’s experience. We reserved the right to disclose in the future the aggregated information to any third-party partner. We will ask for your consent before using any information for a purpose other than those that are set in this Privacy Policy. To disclose to the Pharmacy your pictures or videos you must allow us to access your camera or photo album.
In the eventuality that we decide to share information with any third-party partner, we will only disclose aggregated information when we have your consent to do so by accepting any further amendments of this privacy policy. After installing the RPH Now app, we will request from you that you consent to our privacy policy and terms on use. We will also disclose the information to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, an enforceable government request or to protect the safety of any person as required by law.
Your privacy is our number one concern. RPH Now uses commercially reasonable security procedures and internal data security practices to protect your information. We store all your information in servers located outside Puerto Rico.
We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to update our security measures. We also restrict access to personal information to RPH Now employees, contractors and agents according to our confidential and security measures.
In the eventuality of a breach of security or any system vulnerability that we deem as such, we may suspend your use of all or part of the services without notice.

This privacy policy may change over time. We will notify you via email before any material change takes effect, so you have time to review the changes. The effective day of the Privacy Policy and its amendments will be notified on the same Privacy Policy.
